The school boasts a storied history, with a unique mascot, the Angora, and distinct green and gold colors that symbolize a dynamic learning atmosphere. Serving students from over 54 countries who speak 47 languages, we are home to DeKalb County School System’s sole Hearing Impaired Program for high school students.

Serving students from over 54 countries and speaking 48 languages, Clarkston hosts the only Hearing Impaired Program for high school students in the DeKalb County School System.

Digital Dreamers (DD) is a comprehensive technology initiative implemented by the DeKalb County School District (DCSD). This program reflects the district’s ongoing commitment to narrowing the digital divide by equipping students, staff, and schools with laptops and wireless access devices. By ensuring that every student and teacher in the district has access to these resources, the Digital Dreamers initiative aligns with the district’s vision of expanding students’ technological proficiency and readying them to thrive as global citizens, both presently and in the years to come.
