Cheatham Hill Elementary is an integral part of the Cobb County Public School System, catering to students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Nestled within a residential neighborhood, our school is conveniently located near the historic Kennesaw National Battlefield Park.
Established in 1997, Cheatham Hill Elementary initially welcomed 950 students from Dowell, Milford, Fair Oaks, and Still Elementary schools. Today, our school accommodates over 1,000 students. Upon completing fifth grade, students transition to Smitha, Pine Mountain, and Lovinggood Middle Schools, followed by Kennesaw Mountain, Hillgrove, and Osborne High Schools. Our student body reflects a rich diversity of cultures and backgrounds, enriching our school community with their academic and social contributions.
