Faith Academy – History
Established in 1987 by Jacquelyn Griggs, Faith Academy was conceived to meet the educational needs of high school students. Drawing upon her vast experience in education, Mrs. Griggs identified the necessity for alternative educational pathways beyond the conventional schooling system. Her vision extends beyond academic success to encompass spiritual growth and development for all students.

Since its inception in 1987, Faith Academy has remained steadfast in its mission to guide students toward earning a high school diploma through quality education delivered via non-traditional instruction.
Fully accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission, our staff provides students with the autonomy to pursue their high school diploma independently. Through weekly assignments and coursework completed outside the classroom, students engage in personalized learning experiences.
Despite the flexibility in scheduling, students have the opportunity to interact face-to-face with faculty and staff. Faculty members, qualified and proficient in their respective fields, are readily available at each campus to offer assistance and support as needed.
With a diverse student body representing various backgrounds and experiences, we ensure that each student receives an educational option tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
