Dear Kennesaw Mountain Community,
Since our founding in 2000, Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs have distinguished themselves in academics, the arts, athletics, and community service. Our students excel in the classroom, on stage, and on the field. They are continuously engaged in serving future Mustangs, their peers, and the broader community. Initiatives such as Shop with a Mustang, The Dance, Power of Peace projects, City of Kennesaw events, and Horizon Field special needs baseball games exemplify our students’ commitment to making a positive impact.
Our mission is to be “a community of learners committed to student success.” We strive to fulfill our vision that “all KMHS students are career or college ready.” Whether excelling academically, performing or creating art, demonstrating character in competition, or serving the community, we are dedicated to preparing our students for their future careers or college endeavors.
We are committed to fostering a sense of family among our students, parents, staff, and the community. While families may not always be perfect, one thing remains certain: the Mustang family stands together, supporting and encouraging each other through challenges and celebrating successes. It is with this spirit of unity that Kennesaw Mountain pursues its mission of achieving student success. We eagerly anticipate celebrating the numerous ways KMHS students continue to excel.
