Embrace Uniformity:
While not mandatory, uniforms are strongly encouraged at Stone Mill Elementary. Students have the option to wear khaki or navy blue uniform pants, knee-length shorts, or knee-length skirts. Tops may include red, white, or blue plaid shirts, or a solid red, white, or blue uniform shirt. Footwear should be all black to complete the ensemble.

The Principal Advisory Council operates within the framework of DeKalb County School District policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Board of Education directives. We provide valuable advice and recommendations to the school principal, local board of education, and school superintendent on matters concerning school climate/culture, student achievement, and community partnerships. Together, we strive to cultivate a supportive and thriving educational environment for all stakeholders.
